Country Faith America, an album filled with your favorite artists and a patriotic twist is the fifth album in the Country Faith series. All the albums combine many similar themes: faith, gospel and country music.  Deborah Evans Price gave The Country Source a little history on their newest album soon to be released.

Deborah Evans Price is a CMA Award winning author and journalist for several widely known publications, including; Billboard Magazine and Rolling Stone Country Magazine.

“It all started in 2013 with the first Country Faith book,” Evans Price said.

In the Country Faith series two books have been published highlighting yummy recipes, bible verses and an inside look on country artist’s faith.

Since then, Country Faith series has transpired to be something truly special. This newest album focuses on artists that have a passion for creating good music while sharing their faith at the same time. While this album incorporates the big hits, Country Faith America also wanted to expose new acts.

This album highlights country artists that believe in freedom, a glass of sweet ice tea and the Good Man upstairs.

“I love these songs that tell great stories, to me that’s what makes Country Music special. There’s no genre that is better then telling stories,” Evans Price said.

Evans Price grew up in a military family, traveling from Japan all the way to Georgia. This album celebrates our freedom, the red, white and blue. It also shows appreciation for all of our military men and women around the world that have devoted their lives, love and precious time for us.

“No matter how divided our country may be on certain issues and in certain ways, at heart we are all Americans and thankful to live here,” Evans Price told The Country Source.

Country Faith also has a jewelry line and in the future, they are considering a Country Faith television special…so there are a lot of good things coming down the road.

The Country Faith America album will be released on May 19th to all digital outlets and the CD can be found at their exclusive retailer, Cracker Barrel.

CMA Fest will be held in Nashville this summer! Events start on June 8 and continue through June 11.  Country Faith will have a booth in the Exhibit Hall and they encourage fans to stop by as artists on the CD will be there to sign autographs.

“We always have a huge party at our house on the fourth of July,” Evans Price told The Country Source.

She lives on ten acres out in the country, with rolling hills as her backyard backdrop, her son Trey will have the perfect opportunity to put on a fireworks show for all of their family and friends.

“I have a feeling that this Country Faith America album is going to be the soundtrack to the fourth of July party this year!” Evans Price said.
