Zac Brown Band Performs National Anthem in College Football Playoff

What goes better together than country music and football? The Zac Brown Band sang the national anthem at the College Football Playoff National Championship on Monday night, Jan 8. 

This is the third year in a row that Alabama has made it to the College Football National Championship, which they won in 2016. 

Taking center field at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, The Zac Brand Band did their own rendition of the “The Star-Spangled Banner.” They did an excellent job performing and getting the crowd fired up for the game. 

The group also had a special guest, 12 – year old Carly Ortega from Gwinnett County, Georgia. Ortega, who was born deaf, and recently lost her mother to cancer, stood with them while performing the song in sign language. President Trump also attended the performance and sporting event.
