Rucker brings his golf swing and charitable heart to Minnesota

It's not everyday you see a country star in town without their cowboy hat and guitar in tow. Darius Rucker was among more than 230 golfers who attended the Champions for Children Celebrity Golf Tournament at Windsong Farm Golf Club on Monday afternoon.

The charity was co-hosted by Vikings Tight End Kyle Rudolph and Wild left center Jason Zucker.

All proceeds from the tournament directly benefited Kyle Rudolph's End Zone. Kyle has been fundraising for over a year for the state-of-the-art, play space that is scheduled to open at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital Fall 2017.

It's no surprise to Rucker fans that he showed up to support the cause. Not only is he a St. Jude’s supporter but he is an avid golfer and huge football fan.
