Tyler Farr - Wagner's Lanes & The Complexx
by Emily Huehns
Tyler Farr visited Menomonie, Wisconsin for the first time on February 25th, 2017 to see how his Wisconsin fans like to throw it down. Although Farr wasn’t welcomed with warm weather, he was determined to heat up the night.
Starting off the night with a crowd favorite, Farr played his hit tune “Whiskey in My Water.” Farr made it clear that this was a night to party as he encouraged his fans to drink a little bit, party a little bit, and let their hair down.
Following his words of encouragement, the country singer ironically performed his next song, “Ain’t Even Drinkin’.” After having some fun with the band and crowd, Farr took some time to recognize his love for this country. Farr dedicated his next song and newest single, “Our Town” to the ones who have served or are serving this country and to those who love it as much as he does.
Farr showed his appreciation for the country, so it was time to appreciate the country girls in the crowd with his popular song “Better in Boots.” The country girls of the night began to take off their boots and throw them on stage in hopes for the country singer to sign them.
Farr mixed up the night with his ‘hick-hop’ spin on “Boyz-n-the-Hood” by Eazy-E, while mixing in a little rock with his cover of “Your Love” by The Outfield. Farr managed to create a perfect combination to keep this party alive.
However, all good things must come to an end. Farr closed out the night with one last crowd favorite, “A Guy Walks into a Bar.” As fans sang along to his words, he shared with the crowd that moments like this is why he loves waking up in the morning.
Farr wraps up the night with a big thank you to his fans for all the love and support. We thank you Tyler Farr for throwing it down with Wisconsin on a Saturday night!
